I love to diffuse my essential oils on rosewood! What kind of rosewood do you use?

We use both polished and raw genuine rosewood beads. Polished Rosewood offers a beautiful, low key sheen for a finished look. Unwaxed Rosewood is a great essential oil diffuser option or if you just love a more rustic/natural look. Please note- using colored oils such as green or blue may cause the beads to take on that same color. They will also patina (darken) more quickly with essential oil use.

When will I get my order?

Production time is currently 5-7 days. It is then shipped via USPS. Please note once the package is in USPS possession, shipping delays are out of my control. All orders come with tracking numbers. In the event of a missing package, please contact USPS directly. Back Bay Bead Company is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

How will my item be packaged? 

All orders are packaged in a gift box and mailed in a bubble mailer to ensure they arrive to you safe and sound. This way they are also ready for gift giving..to someone special..including yourself :-) 

I made an error when I placed my order, what can be done?

If you placed an order with a mistake in selections on your part (size, spelling) please email backbaybeadcompany@gmail.com ASAP. If your jewelry has not been mailed out we can correct it. If your jewelry was already mailed or has arrived: customer will be responsible for return shipping fees, as well as a restringing fee of $5 per bracelet. Thank you for supporting our small, handcrafted business.
